EURAXESS Service Centre
EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion is a unique pan-European initiative delivering information and support services to professional researchers. Backed by the European Union, member states and associated countries, it supports researcher mobility and career development, while enhancing scientific collaboration between Europe and the world.
Euraxess Czech Republic is part of the Euraxess network. It provides information and assistance to researchers who are coming to work in the Czech Republic, or who are moving to work in another European country.
University of South Bohemia is one of the 9 regional contact points of Euraxess Czech Republic.
Services provided:
- Assistance to residency formalities before and after arriving to the Czech Republic
- Support to USB employees/workplaces planning to welcome a foreign researcher
- Support for practical issues linked with the life in the Czech Republic (residency of family members, children care, schools, insurance...)
